If you haven't tried out Lynda.com you should... if you want to learn software of any kind for any industry. I'm currently on day 7 of my 30 days free and on chapter 4 of Web Design Fundamentals. I'm soaking it up. Oh, and now there's an iPhone version. Yessss.
